These terms represent a legally binding agreement between your organization and Gotmaxx. If you disagree with any metric structural component defined in these tracks, you must instantly terminate system usage behaviors.
1. Scope of Creative and Digital Services
Gotmaxx provides high-performance corporate solutions across four pillar business matrix vectors: Growth & Performance Marketing; Branding, Design & Digital Experiences; Corporate Communication; and AI, E-Commerce & Search Visibility Optimization. All deliverables are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) blueprints initialized during onboarding pipelines.
2. Intellectual Property Rights Ownership
Unless explicitly stated within closed contract agreements, all structural code snippets, design templates, motion logic frameworks, preloader systems, and optimization math assets generated natively by Gotmaxx remain the exclusive intellectual property of our agency.
Upon final payment processing closure of a project SOW, the complete customized final assets (including brand logos, final presentations, store management listing setups, and deployment code) transfer permanently to the client organization for absolute commercial scaling use.
3. Client Responsibilities and Content Submissions
For our multidisciplinary team to execute relentless asset delivery cycles, clients must provide necessary system links, brand assets, and content materials in a timely manner. The client guarantees that all submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party copyright laws.
4. Limitation of Liability Boundaries
Gotmaxx designs growth strategy systems using rigorous industry analysis and top-tier technological tool stacks. However, because external market dynamics, search engine algorithms (SEO/GEO shifts), and ad network tracking regulations fluctuate constantly, we cannot guarantee fixed conversion figures.
In no event shall Gotmaxx or its specialists be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or accidental data loss or financial revenue tracking drops resulting from operational usage paths of our deliverables.
